For all confirmed orders received, the order will be dispatched in 2 to 5 business days. The delivery timeline may vary depending on the time required by the courierpartner, which is typically 4 to 5 business days. The tracking number will be updated and informed as soon as the order is ready for pickup by our courier partner. Customers may contact us by any means on our “contact us” page if they have any questions related to shipping and delivery. For all orders, there is a fixed shipping fee which will be applied on the checkout page. Order once is shipped from our warehouse, the same cannot be cancelled. If you wish to still continue with cancellation, you may refuse to accept delivery when the courier partner comes. If you accept the delivery and are not satisfied with your order upon delivery, you can contact us for replacement/refund.
