Indira bakery – an Indian manufacturing and supply unit specializing in the bakery and fries food industry was originally established in 1943 by Mr. Mullath Kumaran in the vibrant city of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. For over five decades the bakery upheld its legacy in the same location. However in 2005 the business was reestablished in Anjoor, Thrissur, Kerala, under the stewardship of Mr Kumaran’s elder son, Mr. Pradeep Kumar and this legacy continues to thrive.
